KEY Responsibilities:
To manage the delivery of financial management functions based on Property Operating Expenditure for the property.

  • ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Ensure that accurate and timely financial information is gathered, analysed and reported.
    • Ensure the timely production of annual budgets for the complex.
    • Coordinate with the Property Management team to ensure the delivery of monthly financial reporting to client in a timely manner.
    • Assist the Property Management team in the preparation and maintenance of the annual operating budgets and forecasts
    • Maintenance of the financial records and updating of budgets in an efficient manner.
    • Receive and confirm accuracy of invoices, also to process accurate invoices for payment.

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Qualifications or commensurate experience in accounting/finance related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields. 
    • Experience in both occupier and owner real estate/retail portfolios is highly desirable.
    • Excellent budget management and financial analysis skill.
    • Understanding of asset planning.
    • Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office Software. 
    • A demonstrable experience in team building & leadership roles are a must
